Ever thankful in his proficiency in the arts of the hand, he had used limited creation magicks so as to not cause any unfortunate reactions within the house itself. It was located near where he lived with the other ancients, but not too near. Easy enough to go back and forth, but providing plenty of privacy between them - with trees and enough of a walk.
